Low abv in first 5 batches

I'm having a hard time getting my abv much past 3.5-4%. I'm brewing all grain my mash time has been consistently an hour and sparging for about 75mins. Any ideas anyone?

Need a little more info, I assume you're saying that you're having an efficiency problem? Give us a recipe, how you crush, more mash details (like temp, thickness, sparging technique, are you measuring pH), OG and FG measurements and how those are being done (hydrometer or refractometer, correcting for temp, etc).
