I walked into my sitting room to find quite the surprise yesterday. My porter was all over the floor, leaking from my fridge. I bottled the porter a few weeks ago but was disappointed by its lack of backbone so I decided to keg it and add some espresso. Done deal. Force carb, thought I'd push it up to around 50 for about 10 minutes. Big mistake. Put it in the fridge, come back an hour later. About 3-4 gallons are on the floor.
Next time I'll carb it up the correct way. Good news is I get to rebrew it.
