Hey all,
I am looking into a major upgrade to my brew setup, but I was hoping to try out the major options first. I am looking for someone in the GA (macon/atlanta/I-85 Corridor north) into South Carolina (anywhere along I-85 or to Columbia) or North Carolina (Charlotte or Asheville) area who has 1 of the following:
-Blichmann Tower of Power type of setup, automated, etc...
-MoreBeer Single Tier type of brew sculpture
-Brutus Ten Type setup
I am looking to do a major upgrade, and I am debating about doing it step by step (which would lend itself to Tower of Power or Homemade) or a major purchase (morebeer type sculpture) but I was hoping to be able to tag along on someone else's brew to see how the systems worked.
Anyone have a rig they wouldn't mind putting on display and letting me help with a brew to see it in action?
Please let me know.
