Ive searched, looked through the recipe database and just cannot seem to find an extract recipe got a belgian wit. Can anyone give me a basic recipe? Thanks.

6 lbs wheat dme
1 oz Hallertau hops
1 oz bitter orange peel
1 oz coriander
wb-06 yeast

boil the dme and the hops for 60 minutes
add the orange peel and the coriander (crushed) for the last 10 minutes
cool to 75 or below, add the yeast, and ferment at 68 degrees
ferment for 2 weeks, bottle or keg for 2 weeks

it's easy, and basic. this is still 1 of my go-to's when i don't have time to all-grain a beer, and i want something flavorful, but good for a warm day (and here in texas, we have plenty of those). i just finished off a keg of this a week or so ago

You could always go the kit route, Northern Brewers was very good. It's very similar to lumpher's other than the hops, and I used wyeast 3944 as the yeast.

I did essentially the same beer as lumpher except i only used 1/2 oz of corriander (i dont like much spice) and i used WLP400. Turned really good.

I actually have the ingredients to do this simple belgian wit. I'm doing:

6 lbs wheat dme
1.25 oz of Hallertau at 60 min
0.25 oz of Hallertau at 10 min
0.5 oz of bitter orange peel at 10 min
0.5 oz of lemon peel at 10 min
1 oz of cracked coriander at 10 min
wyeast belgian wit yeast smack pack.

Sooner or later I'll actually get around to using those ingredients. :)

+1.... But I used 1oz cascade for bittering and also used 1oz sweet orange peel with the bitter orange peel and all at the same times as the quoted recipe... Ive used wpl400, wyeast 3944 and safale-05... I've noticed when using a neutral yeast more orange coriander comes through.. I use a rolling pin and a bag for my coriander.. Then the bag that I crushed the coriander in always ends up in my daughters face for like an hour...lol

I did a kit from DeFalco's here in Houston. Here is the link to their recipe.

I backed off the coriander and orange peel, to about 1/2oz as a couple people instructed, because I wanted something closer to Hoegaarden than Blue Moon (which is too fruity for my taste). I haven't tried it yet though, its only my second brew.

Definitely use a blow off tube.
