Its a 60 gallon direct steam kettle! Now what to do with it.

There is a crazy looking valve on the bottom. So the burner wouldn't work is there a coil inside?
 
I don't think it's a special boiler, but one converted to steam at max of low pressure, not more than 15psig. This is what one brewery said.
 
It's a steam jacketed kettle used in restaurants and cafeterias. Normally everything would already be installed in the unit with nothing else needed. There would be a valve on the kettle itself that you could open to pour distilled water into. The controller would turn the water to steam, hence the steam jacketed kettle name. I've never world with one that didn't have everything built in.
