I have been using iodine solution as a rinse free sanitizer for several years now. I end up wasting about 5 gallons of water and 2 tbls of iodine every week when I brew.
In the end, if I take that 5 gal of solution and dump it in a keg, will it still be good a few weeks later? Do I need to keep it cooler or anything?
