Had an awesome time. Drank tons of home brew with delicious pairings made by my chef girlfriend. Check it out.

Breakfast stout - Cinnamon Rolls
Red - Smoked Gouda W/ Mushroom Rague on a cracker
Brown - Turkey Sausage with Spices
IPA - Fried Wontons
Coconut Porter - Coconut Crusted Chicken
Milk Stout - White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

That is the way to do it. Last beer tasting night I had netted me 16 bombers and a few others. And lots of tasty beer. :rockin:
