So here's the deal. My fermentation chamber uses a single 60 watt light bulb as a heat source but thinking of going to a clear fermenter. Aside from using a pillowcase, etc to cover fermenter what are other options? Are there bulbs that put out heat but no uv light?

Thats exactly what I use in my chamber. I like it, it works well. Just be mindful of the cord. As you see in my pic my cord was a little close to the heat lamp and nearly had a big issue.

less is more when it comes to heat in your fermentation chamber. I do like the reptile heater due to no light and these never burn out. I brew in garage and it gets cold in winter...had a bulb in coffee can for a while but the bulb would burn out and my beer would get cold. Still I'd recommend 40-60W bulb as more than enough heat.

THIS. You can get plenty of heat from lower wattage and thereby make the temp swings smoother. I use a minifridge as my main ferm chamber and get plenty of heat from a 25w ceramic lamp. Lean on the low power side especially if the heat source will be close to the fermenter and make sure to use a fan for air circulation.

I like the idea of that reptile bulb. But, AFAIK incandescent bulbs don't put out UV light, and it's UV that you have to worry about. So a regular bulb should be OK. Please Correct me if I'm wrong.
