I ordered 2 keg used keg lids on ebay to rplace lids on my pin locks with lids that have a PRV. The lids were in rough condition and I had to clean them and replace the PRVs the old ones seemed to have a thicker spring and bottom, where as the replacement valves I got are smaller and leak pressure. They screw in just fine but they definitely leak are there different size PRVs? It seems everywhere I look they are all the same size is there somewhere i'm not looking?

The one on the bottom is the old PRV the other one was supposed to replace it but doesn't seem to seal.

They should be a standard size. (The screw part, not the internal pin) Have you tried a bit of keg lube? If that doesn't work, they do sell all metal versions with a gasket.
