I'm putting together a recipe with anything I have on hand. With shops closed in many parts of the world, I'm sure many people are doing this. I have an idea of what I want to do but I thought it would be fun to see what others would do. What would your recipe look like if you could only use the following ingratiates? I make 2.5 gallon batches.

Grains:
40 lbs Briess Brewers Malt 2-Row (1.8 L)
.5 lbs Briess Crystal 60L
.5 lbs Briess Crystal 20L
.25 lbs Briess Carapils

Hops:
.5 oz Simcoe
.5 oz Cascade
.5 oz Nugget
.75 oz Perle
.75 oz Magnum
1 oz Citra (High Alpha ~23-27)
1 oz Mosaic (High Alpha ~20-24)

Yeast:
Safale US-05

I will go towards an American pale ale. You have a lot of flora type hops. What percentage alcohol are you shooting for.

Will do a simple simple recipe.
4.5-5 Ibs 2 row plus 1/2 Ib crystal 60.
Will use nugget, citra and cascade hops
OG around 1.055
Shoot fot IBU around 35
