I brewed up a Pliney the Elder via BIAB, well today was the day to dry hop. I used my carboy as the fermenter as my conical brew bucket was being used. I had to wait for the beer in the conical to be ready to bottle, so I could use that for dry hopping. I always bag my hops, whether in the boil or dry hopping. During the racking to the conical, I think I might have added some O2. Gotta plan better next time to dry hop in my conical fermenter or ferment in a plastic bucket.
