LED lighting beer fridge DIY

+1 for as blue-white as you can go. I think 5600K would look really nice.

I've always thought the higher temp lights were a bit harsh for most applications. I'd go with 4K or 2.7K.

This. Blue-white is for stage lighting, and maybe a backlight for your TV.

Can they skunk your beer?

"Natural daylight" is 5600-6500K, don't know where 4000K came from, that's definitely still warm white.
Now indoors, among tungsten and CFL lights, 4000K may look just right.

Oh, so sorry. I was unaware that higher temp lighting was restricted to only 2 uses. Foolish me.
