Lallemand's Yeastlife Extra Yeast Nutrient - Any Experience?

I got me some (actually, a lot) Yeastlife Extra yeast nutrient, produced by AB Vickers and distributed by Lallemand.
I use it when I make starters and also when I repitch harvested yeast.
They say it's "based on readily available sources of nitrogen blended with additional amino acids, minerals and vitamins" which sounds nice.
I can't say I see much difference though. Maybe I miss something.

Does anyone else use it? What's your experience?

That sounds like Fermaid O (nitrogen derived from dead yeast) plus the trace minerals that Fermaid O lacks.

Lallemand also offer Yeastlife O nutrient, that must be exactly the same stuff as Fermaid O.

bonjour,je me posais exactement la meme question: yeastlife O est il un bon équivalant à fermaid O? en effet,en europe il est quasiment impossible de trouver fermaid O,je rappelle que mon besoin est pour des mouts d'hydromel.
