My lager fridge called it quits last night. I will be replacing it soon, unfortunately this occurred during an active lager process for a 5 gallon batch of Vienna Lager.

I completed d-rest and transferred the beer to a secondary vessel for prolonged lagering. Fermentation is fully done and the beer is sitting at 1.010. D-rest was at 60 degrees. Since the fridge is no longer cooling, the batch has risen in temp to 70 degrees where it will remain until I repair or replace the mini fridge.

Will a week or so at 70 cause any issues or off-flavors with this batch?

Thanks for your input.

Shouldn't since the primary fermentation is done, but I would at least try to get it into a swamp cooler if possible during the mean time.
