Had a bunch of misc stuff laying around that I needed to use up; answer? A Kitchen Sink Ale using whatever I had leftover from other batches. Cracked the first one tonight, and I must say, I'm quite pleased with the results.
Medium to slightly dry body, good bitterness, and tight long lasting head.:mug:

Add DME & Honey @ flameout, dissolved: cooled, strained and topped to 5G
Pitched Muntons yeast @ 70F

Anyone else have a similar happy tale using leftovers?
