Key Keg - Are they any good?

I just stumbled across the KeyKeg:

I saw some threads about them and see that they have been around a while. Are these kegs any good? Can the outer container be reused by installing a new liner? Are they available in the U.S.?

They're intended to be used as one way kegs. The brewery/winery/cider sends them out and the end user throws them away (recycles hopefully) when they are done. Yes you can get them in the US, but it isn't something I'd bother with as a homebrewer. If you go with a stainless corny or sanke keg, you'll break even after a few batches.
