I have been kegging my HB for a few years. Force carb, set it and forget it method. 12psi or so, sometimes 20 if I am impatient. Revisit the keg in a few days, maybe a week or 10. But I brew IPA's. Really only Ipas, a pale here and there. With so much thought and talk put into a "fresh" IPA, am I missing the Fresh point by not inline carbonating my keg in 1hr or so?

I have found the set it and forget it method the beer is really at it's peak in week 2 or 3. Early on it's flat ish, and not quite ready, and week 4-5 its falling off.

Im wondering if anyone has any experience or thoughts/advice?

What do you think?
