I made a Honey Maibock, named Hells Belles Helles Bock (named after my grand ma Helen.) I have kegged it and been layering it for the past two weeks. I was wondering what other people do after lagering in the keg.
Should I serve immediately or can I store in the basement till the middle of summer without any worries?
