I made a Honey Maibock, named Hells Belles Helles Bock (named after my grand ma Helen.) I have kegged it and been layering it for the past two weeks. I was wondering what other people do after lagering in the keg.

Should I serve immediately or can I store in the basement till the middle of summer without any worries?

You can store warm if you want after lagering, it doesn't matter. If you were bottling, you would need to warm it up to bottle condition.
