I wanted to be able to monitor the current temp in my Kegerator. I am using a ESP32 and a DS18B20 probe. I have it running great, next is to put it into an enclosure.

That's very slick. I'm using an old STC-1000 (flashed) for mine. I've threatened to do something a little fancier one day. I work as a SCADA Systems Developer so it's kind of sad my brewing stuff is so low tech.
I've been wanting to play around with an ESP32, I may order one for "testing purposes".
