Kegerator connect question

Hey guys,

I just bought a kegerator and was wondering what I need to do to change my connects from commercial to homebrew. I have pin lock kegs so I know I need to get pin disconnects but I'm not really sure what I need to do to the tubing/nut ate already on the tubing. I attached some pictures. Thanks!

you need one of these

plus the lines

and just cut the old hardware off, as close to the end to keep all the line you have or replace all the line, it is like 50 cents a foot.. give or take
