I am brewing a Scottish ale and it sat in a primary for a week then in a secondary for two. I was planning on kegging it today, but when I brought it upstairs I noticed the airlock is still moving a bit. Could that be from agitating the yeast when I carried it upstairs? Should I keg it today, or wait a couple days? Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!!

Usually some CO2 is released when the beer gets sloshed around. If you're worried, then take a gravity reading. 3 weeks should be long enough unless you brewed a really big beer.

I agree. Probably just CO2 escaping solution. If you were bottling I'd say take a gravity reading and wait a few days, but since you are kegging - if it tastes good go ahead and keg it up.
