I have converted a fridge into kegerator. Shaft goes through front door. Beer like is about 2-3 feet long.

Seems like first 6-8 oz of beer don't taste too good. Not bad but not great.

I took the keg to a party with like a two inch picnic line and beer was tasting AWESOME!!!

What do you guys think?

What's the question?

It's fairly common for plasticky flavors from unlined PVC beer tubing to leach into the beer. Some people are more sensitive to it than others, and you can buy barrier tubing that will solve the problem. But 3 feet of 3/16" ID beer line holds only one cubic inch of beer

pi * (3/32")^2 * 36" = 0.994 in^3

which is only 0.55 fl ounces. So if the first 8 ounces of beer is tasting bad, something else is going on.
