Keg conditioning

Does anyone here transfer out of primary into kegs to condition? If so do you condition at serving pressure or just enough CO2 to remove oxygen?

Unless it's a Big beer or a Lager, I usually go 4 weeks in primary then into kegs to carbonate and drink.
