Why is my keezer sweating so bad and getting so much water on the inside? I have a fan in it to keep the air moving but that isn't helping.

The water must be coming from the outside. Either you are opening it a lot, or you have an air leak to the outside.
Damp-Rid (Home Depot) might help.
