Just had some of this Joe IPA from 10 Barrel Brewing and thought it was great. Used to be called Sam for "simcoe, amarillo, mosaic."
70 IBUs, 6.9% ABV. No SRM value but looks about the same as Pliny. Clean but with a subtle maltiness. Very hop forward.
I'm thinking simcoe bittering, amarillo flavoring, cryo mosaic flamout, with 2 dry hoppings of equal mix of the three hops.
Anybody got more reliable intel other than my intuition?
