Hey all.

I was thinking of making a cherry bourbon porter and I'm on the fence between using Red Stag, or using bourbon and cherries separate.

I was also thinking of throwing in some oak chips or cubes for a little bit as well.

I don't want any one flavor to stand out TOO much, just enough of all three.

Has anyone had any luck using Red Stag for something like this?
