I had the pleasure of visiting Jester King over the weekend and rounded up a couple cases of bottles to take home. These bottles are great because they can handle high carbonation levels and can be capped (29mm), corked, or both. They are also used by the bruery, and several others I'm sure.. I'm planning to use these first for a batch of wine I've got, but in the future will use them for some funky beers I've got aging.

My question is, does anyone know what size cork I need? I'm having a hard time figuring it out because I can't find these bottles for sale anywhere online, but am guessing #8 or #9 corks will work? Leaning towards #9 to keep more O2 out, but would like feedback from anyone who has corked these before.

Thanks!
