Hey Guys, I am new here and to brewing. I just got all my equipment and plan to start brewing in the next couple weeks. My first batch will be Rouge Dead Guy Clone, followed by a Belgian Abbey Ale. The Yeast (Pacman) smack pack that I have is past the best on date so I plan to make a starter as well. Wish me luck and It nice to meet you all!
