Jarrylo Hops?

I was looking to brew a smash for a club competition.

I've got 8 oz of Jarrylo hops. Anyone have any experience with them? Looking to do an IPA SMASH with them.

I like em. Didn't smash but did 2 oz Jarrylo 1 oz Pacific Jade at 5 minutes and dry hopped 1 oz jarrylo 1 oz pacific jade for a week, turned out nice. Lots of orange and peppery spice for a 9% IIPA

I keep seeing hit-or-miss reviews of 'em. Only have one entry and I want to make sure it does well.

Not enough hops for a test batch with an IPA.

I made a single hop pale with them and was underwhelmed. I personally think this hop needs a buddy.

Well, decision made. Not using them for the smash.

That's cool. I'm being a chicken about it, only because it's a club competition and we only get one entry.
