Ok. Its been quite a while since I made an about 20 AG batches... I was quite a snob after making AG batches... but you know what... Its my offday and I really do not feel like babysitting a mash... Know what Fuket.. .I am making an extract brew... So I did made basic IPA using centenial hops... you know what ... I have changed my mind .. any method of making homebrew is good for me... You know what in the end its all beer....
