It’s been two weeks since my first brew day… I’m going out with a BANG!

It‘s Brew Day #2!!!

Currently mashing what hopefully turns out to be an awesome Porter!

Coming along nicely! This will be a good test to see which fermenter I prefer. Although, I have a feeling there’ll be pros and cons to each that I like/dislike.

if monks get a 5liter allowance damn it! so do I! and @Big_D i was holding off brewing today so i can brew tomorrow! i want to be the first to start how many gallons brewed in 2022!


the malt is ready to be deculmed, just needs 10-20 minutes in the modified dryer....then run it through mill as a date, but i won't actually get a crush on it till it's fermented.....

To get rid of the annoying sidebar ads you need to go to your preferences (click on your username at the very top right of the screen), then scroll down a little bit to find DISABLE ADVERTISING. Click that box, and scary ex-girlfriend-looking ads go away.
