I want to brew a clone of Rogue's Shakespeare Stout and have not harvested any Pacman yeast. Is there a strain that is similar enough or should I just stick with trusty ol White Labs Cali Ale?
Is there a yeast that can substitute Pacman?

Wyeast supplies Rogue with Pacman yeast. You can buy it at the LHBS or online.
