I am wondering if there is a way to ferment wort to create hellas or dortmunder at high temps like 65F-70F?

I guess it is all up to the yeast, but the lager yeasts need low temp. Any lager yeasts that can produce a clean dortmunder (or hellas) at higher temps?

There are relatively clean ale yeasts like US05/1056/WLP001 that will give you a clean beer. There really aren't any lager yeasts that will be "clean" at the higher temps.

I've had success with 1007 German Ale yeast in the low 60s and upper 50s. Faked a decent honey bock with it.
