Newbie, just finished my first 5 gallon brew. Is 60 too cold? I have a closet that’s just above my crawl space that keeps a pretty steady 60-62 degrees. I know the fermentation should be 60-75 so it seems that’s cutting it close, although the internal of the fermenter is probably 65-68? Should I invest in a heat wrap and controller or would it not be worth it? Thanks.
