Hey all,

Was wondering if I could get some feedback on a IPL that I plan on brewing in a week. First time to do an IPL and to use these particular hops.

4.5 kg of pale malt
.13 kg of pilsner (trying to finish it up)
.25 kg Munich
112 g of El dorado (split between flame out and dry hop)
112 g of Wai-iti (split between flame out and dry hop)
12 g of Magnum FWH

WLP 830, German lager yeast

Going to do simple infusion mash, 68C for 60mins, flame out for 10mins at 75C, 60 min boil. Was going to use quick lager method ala brulosophy...

Pretty much taking my standard IPA recipe and using lager yeast and temps, with a bit less bitter and (new for me) aroma hops.

Any glaring mistakes? Anybody has any experience with a beer similar to this?

Thanks and any/all feedback welcome!

Matt
