Hi all!

Was looking to see which of these 2 you would lean towards(obviously it's personal preference)...
Both are 5.5Gal, 60 min 152F mash w/ batch sparge, 60 min boil.

I'll second this notion. I don't use crystal in IPA's anymore and it's made my IPA's better.

I really don't like the sweetness - I only use Maris or Maris with some Pils if it's a light beer - every third brew some non-sweet dark grain to make a black IPA or unsweet Porter - I'm currently trying Munich, Vienna or Rye at around 10%
