I just brewed a IPA yesterday. 12.5 gallons OG 1.063.

26.0 Lbs 93.7% 2-row
1.25 Lbs 4.5% carapils
1.80 Lbs 1.8% Crystal 40

Mashed at 145 for 45 min then slowly raised to 168 and sparged with 168 water. Pitched wlp005 at 65 degrees. Hops were

0.5oz Chinook 60 min 15.6aa whole hops 31.1ibu
1.0oz Chinook 30 min 15.6aa whole hops 13.3ibu
2.0oz cascade 10 min 8.8aa whole hops in hop rocket 5.9ibu
2.0oz centennial 10 min 10.1aa whole hops in hop rocket 6.8ibu
2.0oz cascade 0 min 6.4aa pellet hops
2.0oz centennial 0 min 10.1aa pellet hops

Now I would like to dry hop this after fermentation is done and I have harvested the yeast. I have cascade, centennial, Amarillo and Willamette on hand in pellets. I am thinking 4oz, any recommendation of what and how much? Would an oz. of each be weird?

2 to 4 oz is a good amount I personally would only use more than two different types of hop. I am a big fan of cascade/amarillo

I would personally avoid doing an ounce of each. I really like how Cascade and Willamette blend together, and Amarillo is always a good aroma hop. If I were dry hopping this one, I would stick with Cascade and Centennial together - 2oz. each if you have it. You've already got these two as your flavor / aroma hops in the boil, so stick with them and really get the full effect that they have when combined!

Cheers.
