Prezados, brassei esta IPA ontem...tive uma eficiência do capiroto (76%), mas não foi isso que me incomodou...senti um gosto de novalgina no mosto que me incomodou, mas não sei se isso pode ser uma combinação dos lúpulos que usei.
Além disso, procurei este off-flavor e ele é oriundo de sanitizantes a base de cloro, o que no meu caso acho bem difícil...aguardo a ajuda de vocês!
