Hi all, I already posted a couple times to ask about my first brew which is now fermenting but realized I never introduced myself. I'm in North Jersey (don't seem to be any good brew stores around here) but go to school in Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley area.
I'm very excited about picking up this hobby and can't wait to taste the results. Everything I've seen on these forums so far has been amazing, thank you to all the more experienced brewers helping us who are just getting started.
