Introduction

Hello all, I'm new to home brewing and just started my second batch, so I thought I would join, as I have already benefited greatly from the collective knowledge around here. Been wanting to home brew for years, and my wife finally gave me the needed push with a gift certificate and brewing lessons at a local supply store, Great Fermentations. I will be bottling my first batch (Irish Stout) on Saturday, and I just brewed up my wort for a Witbier. Both are Brewer's Best kits, but I think I may look for more challenges next.

I'm doing a dunkelweizen next, try doing an imperial stout or a tripel belgian

Welcome, just ordered my first home brew kit. Looking forward to it. It is a Hefeweizen.
