Hello all,
My name is Jules and i'm from the Netherlands. I first started brewing in '94 or '93 or thereabouts. With a few intermissions im still verry enthousiastic about brewing my own beers. I also make the occasional mede.
I brew in a 3 tun herm system, with 50 liter boil capacity. My system is partially controlled by a raspverry pi3 with craftbeerpi. Currently im rebuilding my whole system with new vessels, so a clean start, making all improvements from what ive learned over time.
Building will take some time cause were expecting our 2nd child in a few weeks'[emoji4]
I also make smaller batches occasionally to try out stuff.
I'm looking forward to participate in these forums and to learn and share.
