Just cleaned a draft line with my normal method (pumping BLC then water backwards through the lines for 10 min each). Then, again as usual, hooked the line up to a keg and poured off the last bit of water and the first bit of beer from the keg into a glass to be poured out.
As I grabbed the glass to dump it out, i noticed an earwig floating in it. Only thing I can figure is that it crawled up into the faucet before I started cleaning and was caught in there during the cleaning cycle.
So, I poured a glass from another tap while I think about what to do next. Call it good and pour a pint of american wheat? Reclean the line? Take everything apart and scrub? Nuke it from orbit?
