Input on recipe (2 questions)

Ok so I am brewing on Monday and here is my Stout recipe for 4 gal brew

- 7lbs 2 row
- 1 Lb flacked oats
- Roast barley (How much?) I have a lb
- Chocolate (How much) I also have a lb

Mash @ 144 US.05 for a yeast.....

This recipe is similar to yours except he's using some victory in place of some of the 2 row and Crystal 40 and 120 also but it'll give you an idea of how much roast and chocolate to use. Maybe lighten it up a bit on both like .4 roast and .65 chocolate. That will give you roughly the same percentages

0.50 lb chocolate, and hmm how about .20 with the roasted. i think that shou be sufficient.
