Hi folks. I'm going to do a M/O Smash

Small batch of 1.5 gallons

I have never had a beer (that I know of) with Maris otter and would like to get the taste and flavor of the M/o. Only.

I have. Hops choice of cascade. Hallertau. Or sazz

And I have. Either. Safale o5. Or safale o4. Or muntons ale

What temp so you think I would get best results for no sparge mash/steep

Can someone offer ideas of what combo of hops and yeast will make the malt flavor of the M/o. Shine thru ?

Any advice will be really helpful.
 
Hallertau- us05

152 for 60 min
hopping rate about 25 ish
you will get basically pure MO

Ferment at 66ish and no higher than 70
 
My last no sparge small batch I got 79% efficiency at 90 minutes the last 30 minutes I basically stood over the pot and dipped the biab very thoroughly

Is that too long for 152 temp?
 
Thanks for the input! What I do is make myself little notes in my brew record to come back and report on my end product! So I'll def put an update. Thank again.
