How does this hold up to weather?

As long as you're listening to customers: if you can make a rain proof unit, INCLUDING rain proof temp probes, I'd buy it in a heart beat. These bbq thermometers I've had in the past, the probes go out if you even think about getting water near them. And it invariably rains in the middle of the night when I'm doing long low and slow cook. I'm not buying any more temp probes!

The stainless probe it waterproof while the long cable is not.

I went ahead and bought the single meat probe one....I think my existing meat probe from my maverick will plug in to yours
