So my beer has been fermenting for the past 16 hours. I have a layer of foamy white looking stuff on top and wanted y'alls opinion on whether or not it is an infection or just the yeast working its magic. The airlock is bubbling about every 10-30 seconds. Sounds pretty cool to hear it working. I was a little worried that I scorched my yeast when I added it to warm to hot wort yesterday but it seems to be fermenting just fine.
