infection? and what to do?

This is a porter that I made. OG of 1.067 with final of 1.028. Been in primary for 2 weeks and secondary for 1 week. Has a thin layer of clear/ white stuff on top. See pic. Rack and keg or get rid of beer?

Any chance you have a better picture? Looks like it could just be remains from krausen and yeast rafts... Have you smelled or tasted it?

Rack carefully and keg. This may still be good under the pellicle.
