This is a porter that I made. OG of 1.067 with final of 1.028. Been in primary for 2 weeks and secondary for 1 week. Has a thin layer of clear/ white stuff on top. See pic. Rack and keg or get rid of beer?

Any chance you have a better picture? Looks like it could just be remains from krausen and yeast rafts... Have you smelled or tasted it?
