So it seems one of people who writes the recipes in the group I work with lost our sheet with all of the hop addition times on it. We also had another beer that we brewed in the mean time that might of had hops in it that were actually supposed to be used for this beer. Our problem is that we now have all of this barely (15# and a pound of sugar for a dryness). This is a 5 gallon batch. I am wondering what i should do with the hops in terms of boil time additions and if we should get more. I don't think we have enough hops for this and I think we should get more for a dry hopping. The hops we have goes as follows:
1oz summit 17.5% AA
1oz magnum 14% AA
1oz Centenial 9.2% AA
2oz Centenial 8.1% AA
Help would be welcome.

Plug it into tasty brew calculator, I would say no less than 100 IBUs from the summit and mag. Save the cent for the end/middle of the boil. And at least a 4oz dry hop. Good luck!
