I have a lot of fresh hops on the vine. A mix of Mt. Hood, Cascade, Willamette, Sterling, and Tettnanger. They are about ready to pick.

I also have a big pitch of Wyeast 3726 Farmhouse Ale.

IMF Red Belgian IPA

10 gallons all grain

23 lbs. palt malt British Baird's
8 oz Castle Special B
8 oz. Belgian Aromatic
1 lb. British Crysal 60L
Hops - to be determined. A lot.

Mash temperature 156 F.

Yeast Wyeast 3726 Farmhouse Ale
Initial Ferment Temperature 70 F. Carboys to be put in boxes with towel at top to keep in heat. Let them go in 70 F room and allow to warm as yeast determines. Shooting for 80 F.
