I'm resurrecting the old equipment

Not new to the forums, as I was here many years ago, but I just dusted off the old equipment and started brewing again. I knew John Palmers "How to Brew" book like the back of my hand, but I forgot so much. Hopefully with this forums' help, I can get back into the swing of things.
